This multifamily project for StreetSide Developments consists of 32 fee-simple townhouse units in the new community of Vantage Rise in Airdrie. The steeply sloping site was challenging for townhome development. An architectural style was carefully developed to allow the buildings to step graciously along the street.  

Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2025.
