This project, the final of four phases at the Shops of Medicine Tree, looks to add two drive-through restaurant franchises to an existing commercial development. Site design is ongoing to meet the requirements of the prospective tenants within the obligations to the existing anchor tenants.   

Construction is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2024.
