This project, the final of four phases at the Shops of Medicine Tree, looks to add two drive-through restaurant franchises to an existing commercial development. Site design was carefully planned to to meet the requirements of the prospective tenants within the obligations to the existing anchor tenants, all while implementing new Land Use Bylaw requirements for the Town of High River.

Development Permit was approved in February 2025.
