This multifamily project for StreetSide Developments consists of 21 fee-simple townhouse units in the community of Harmony, designed to meet the guidelines of the community’s architectural controls.

The 28-foot building lots provide the spaciousness of a typical single-family home, with the economy of scale inherent in a townhouse typology.

Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2025.
