MILE architecture was engaged in winter 2024 to begin preliminary site layout for this multifamily project for StreetSide Developments in the new community of Ambleridge. The project consists of 45 townhouse condos, each with three bedrooms and an open living area above a two-car garage.

Construction is scheduled for summer 2025.
